• In-Stock Items: Processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
• Made-To-Order: These special pieces require 6–8 weeks for production before shipping (unless noted otherwise in the product listing).

Transit times displayed at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. While most packages arrive promptly, carrier delays due to weather, seasonal volume, or cross-country routing can occur. Fortenna is not responsible for postal carrier delays.

Signature & Insurance

All orders are insured, and orders of $500+ require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure an Adult (21+) is available at your delivery address to receive the package.

You can sign up for free with USPS Informed Delivery® to authorize an electronic signature online prior to delivery. Otherwise, USPS will leave a delivery notice with options to reschedule or pick up your package at your local post office.
