Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within two weeks* of receiving your order noting your name and date of purchase.
We will ask you to complete a return form before returning your order, and we accept returns of unworn jewelry for exchange or refund. This applies to in stock items only.
Eligible items: Ready to ship/in stock items only
Non-eligible items:
- Items purchased more than two weeks ago*
- Items that have been worn or damaged
- Sale items or marked down are final sale (including Secret Sale items)
- Personalized items which includes ring resizing as well as sentimental fingerprint jewelry due to the unique nature of the pieces
- Custom orders due to the unique nature of the pieces
- Made-to-order and one-of-a-kind items
If you choose to return your item you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. To ensure safe receipt of merchandise, we suggest that returned items be insured and packaged as originally sent.
* Holiday purchases: Ready to ship/in stock items purchased between Nov. 15-December 31, 2024, are eligible for return until January 10, 2024.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
