Returns

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As an independent studio, the return policy is as follows:

Eligibility Returns are accepted for unworn, In-stock items only. Please contact anne@fortenna.com within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return (for a refund or exchange).

Non-Eligible Items (Final Sale) Due to their unique nature, the following are final sale:

  • Made-to-Order and Custom pieces
  • Personalized pieces, including Sentimental Fingerprint Jewelry
  • Items delivered more than 7 calendar days ago
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage
  • Sale or discounted items

Return Process If your item is eligible for a return, I will email you a pre-paid, fully insured shipping label for your return. The cost of this label will be deducted from your final refund or exchange balance.

Refunds & Restocking Fees

  • Refunds: Returns for a refund incur a 15% restocking fee. This covers non-refundable merchant processing fees and studio handling.
  • Direct Exchanges: The 15% restocking fee is waived for exchanges of equal or greater value. To qualify for an exchange, the replacement item must be selected and confirmed at the time of the return request. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item or size is unavailable, the return will be processed as a refund to the original payment method, less a restocking fee.
  • Policy on Credit: We do not offer store credit. If you do not wish to proceed with a Direct Exchange at the time of your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, subject to the 15% restocking fee.

Shipping 

All shipping costs are your responsibility. This includes the original shipping fee, the cost of the insured return label, and the shipping costs for any exchanged items  

Inspection & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method (or your exchange will be shipped) within 10 business days.
